Why we built it
Why we built it
RecMaf started with a problem we kept hitting ourselves. Every search produced piles of profiles and almost no signal — resumes that all read the same, and no way to tell which of them could actually do the work.
We met at Entrepreneur First and built RecMaf around a different shape: route a role to a few recruiters who already know that space, have a domain expert talk to every candidate, and send four names with a written case for each. Fewer profiles, more signal.
